At Sirenalle, we are committed to delivering your fashion items promptly and reliably. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within the United Kingdom and covers all products available in our online store.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 GMT from Monday to Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

Handling Time

Our handling time ranges from a minimum of 1 business day to a maximum of 5 business days. During this period, your order is prepared, packaged, and handed over to our delivery partners. Handling and fulfilment are carried out exclusively on business days, Monday to Friday.

Transit Time and Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes between 4 and 10 business days. Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday only. Combining handling and transit times, your order will typically arrive within 5-15 business days from the time of purchase.

Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.

Currency

All transactions are processed in GBP. If your payment is made in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or transaction fees that are beyond our control.
