At Sirenalle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers in the United Kingdom and is designed to ensure your rights are protected while making the process clear and straightforward.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products provided they are in new condition and returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team at info@sirenalle.com to request approval. Once approved, we will provide you with a return label that you can easily download and print. All returns must be sent back by mail, and Sirenalle will bear the full cost of return shipping. There are no restocking fees applied.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days provided the product remains in new condition. As with returns, the process begins by contacting our customer service team at info@sirenalle.com for approval and instructions. A return label will be provided for you to download and print, and Sirenalle covers the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully completed. All refunds are processed in GBP. If your payment was made in another currency, please be aware that your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
